Cancellation Policy for LemartéEffective Date: 30/07/20241. Introduction
At Lemarté, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines our procedures and fees for cancellations.2. Cancellation Notice
Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment or service to avoid any charges.
Method of Cancellation: You can cancel your appointment or booking by phone, email, website portal, etc...

No Charge: If the cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance, there will be no charge.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee on top of the deposit or the total booking amount.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to cancel and do not show up will be charged the full amount of the service.
